Meet My Stalker
Yes, folks. I may indeed have a stalker. I make light of it now 'cuz it's just been simple stuff. He is a new member of the College where I work, and a new research assistant (RA) for the professor I was an RA for this past summer. So, needless to say, he saw me all over the place this summer.
A couple of days ago, when I was working for the professor, the two of them were talking. I heard him say "...unless Jennifer wants to go with me?" What?! So I looked up. Apparently, he'd been talking to the professor about whether I would go with him to Phoenix...to help move his wife (?!?) to Austin. What?!?!
Then, yesterday, he kept coming by my work, and kept thinking of things to talk about to stick around. And then he said that he hopes that we can talk again in the future. Aurghh!
This may seem like sweet, innocent fun...but he is the type of guy who gives you the creeps before he even says anything. There's something not quite right about him. I don't trust him....

I think being polite is what caught his interest in the first place. =(
Well, at least I'll be done seeing him in more than one aspect by month's end. AND, if I get the advisor position, he is a thesis-bound senior, so I couldn't ever be his advisor.
So apparently I am not the only one who found him to be a bit creepy! The professor I work with is young and attractive, and she said that he stops by to see her just a bit too often. ALSO! Get this! She has some work-out and dress-up clothes here in her office...for 'just in case'. Well, when he was helping her to move her office to its new location, he somehow managed to find a pair of panties, well-hidden in the pile of clothes. And then!! He wouldn't stop talking about them, even when she asked and then told him to. She's going to have a talk with him...and the Department Chair, if necessary! [please note that I've erased both of their identities for their privacy]
